How to become a member
You can become a member of the holiday association Vejret if you are employed by DMI. According to our statutes, we can have a maximum of 40 members. When the membership list is full, you can be added to the waiting list for a vacant membership. The chairman accepts requests to become a member or to be added to the waiting list for a vacant membership.

Why should you become a member?
As a member of the holiday association Vejret you have access to rent our shared summer house for a cheap price.
The members of course have the first right to rent the summer house. In recent years, most members have had their 1st or 2nd priority wish of a week during the summer holiday fulfilled. Some have been lucky enough to get 2 weeks in a row. This is typically possible in the outer areas of the high season and in the rest of the season.

Requests for rental must be sent before this year's general assembly
Some years there is a demand to rent the summer house during the high season, so it pays to be there early.
The distribution of the weeks in the summer house
Shortly after the general assembly, i.e. in early April, the board of directors decides how the periods will be distributed. The distribution is made so that members who have had their wishes fulfilled last are given the lowest priority. Guests then have the opportunity to rent the house.
