You will be sent a key and information about the rental price before your rental period. Please note that you must pay for the rent before the rental period.

Payment for electricity must only be made after the rental period, but no later than 14 days after the end of the rental period.

Refund after cancellation of a reserved rental period

Members are obliged to pay rent for the summer house in the rental period that it has been allocated after the annual general meeting. Therefore, a cancellation of the summer house during the high season will not result in a refund of the rent paid.

Exceptions to this are if the lease is taken over by other members/tenants during the period in question. In that case, the board may have other members/tenants listed on a waiting list for the period in question. If there is no one on the waiting list for the period in question, it is up to the tenant to find someone else who will rent the house - and thus pay the rent - for the period in question.

Outside the high season, a cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period will result in the rent being paid and will not be refunded.

Changeover day, rent and other prices

Rental of the house on Saturday or Sunday costs a weekend rate. A maximum of three days per week can be rented at a one-day price. When allocated, requests for rent for whole weeks have priority over rent for weekends, which then have priority over rent on a daily basis. One-day rent normally includes one night. Weekend rent normally includes two nights.

Changeover day is Saturday at 12 noon in the high season, and Sunday at 3 pm in the low season. In the transition between the high season and the low season, the rent for one week is adjusted in relation to the number of days.

Electricity consumption is included in the rent, but the house has a heat pump, which ensures good heat distribution in the house. The heat pump can be turned on in advance and heats the house before arrival. The heat pump must of course be turned off when you leave, but only on the wall, not in the electricity meter.

Water consumption is included in the rent.

Available periods

Every year after the general meeting, an overview will be published so you can see when it is possible to rent the cottage. The overview will contain information about occupied and vacant periods. We do not give out the names of tenants.
